Explore your creative potential and your capacity to be mindful at the Mindful Art Studio.
Practicing mindfulness meditation and creating art mindfully can help you:
- • Find space in the business of your life
- • Cultivate spaciousness and ease
- • Discover new ways to express yourself
- • Inhabit the present moment
Each session includes a guided mindfulness meditation and exploration with materials. You will be creating alongside others in a safe, non-judgemental space. You will be given guidance on how to respond to the ‘thinking’ mind in meditation, becoming embodiment and cultivating self-compassion.
Facilitator: Nicky Roland, Art Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher.
Who can attend? You can attend if you are a beginner to mindfulness/art making, or more experienced.
