16 Jul 2023 | Dare We Laugh at Our Selves? | In-person | 2:30 – 5:00 pm | SOLD OUT
Do you find laughing at an aspect of yourself helpful in overcoming difficulties and resolving problems? Do you know your different sub-personalities and have figured out which may have become overbearing or too loud for your own good? Most of us know how we can dig our heels in and sabotage our health, work and relationships but we are often too resistant to change.
This in-person workshop will introduce the key concepts and principles underlying the use of humour for self-improvement. Sharing images from the Almost Happy book, and demonstrations of the process, we will show how we use humour to support ourselves as well as each other. We hope this workshop will leave you feeling more energised and motivated to engage with change.
You will also receive a FREE COPY of the book (RRP £16.99) at the workshop.
Facilitators:
This workshop will be jointly facilitated by Dr. Brian Kaplan – author and provocative therapist and Hephzibah Kaplan, art psychotherapist, supervisor and director of London Art Therapy Centre. For more information see www.neohumour.com & www.almosthappy.com
