This series of workshops is for professionals working in clinical settings within institutions either within the NHS or the charitable sector. The workshops taking place over an 8-week period will allow for a group process to develop both on an internal and external level. Structurally, the first and last weeks will act as a container and set the framework for the intervening groups.

• An introduction to the respective institutional settings in which clinical work takes place. This will take into account structural dynamics, both environmentally and systemically.
• The workshops will form two parts. The first hour will be an opportunity for a group member to present a case study or current clinical dilemmas. In the second hour there will be an informal group discussion. Art materials will be available to use as another form of expression, should group members wish to use them.
• The workshop will be limited to 6 places to enable individuals to have ample space over the 8-week period.
