This is an ongoing week art therapy group for people who struggle with their relationship with food, and with how they feel about their body. During the group participants will begin to look at underlying reasons for eating difficulties and for poor body image. These will be explored through themed art therapy exercises as well as verbal discussion, facilitated by an experienced art therapist. This will be done within a supportive framework and with others concerned with similar issues. Prior experience of art is unimportant but a willingness to explore ideas creatively with basic art materials is key.
