A unique one-day workshop aimed at provoking you to get what you want out of life. Art therapy and Provocative therapy (based on the work of Frank Farrelly) combine in a high-energy blend aimed to elicit ‘Aha’ moments.
Life is far too important a matter ever to talk seriously about it.
Humour and laughter is often cast as a defence mechanism, having a small, sometimes non-speaking part in the psychotherapy process. In this workshop the facilitators introduce a model of working effectively, safely and compassionately with humour and reverse psychology in the therapeutic container.
Learning through the experience, and using approaches in art therapy to generate images, participants will be therapeutically provoked to experience Aha! Moments in powerful, brief Provocative Therapy modules.
You will be able to take your artwork home with you at the end of the day and Provocative Therapy sessions can be recorded on DVD for later viewing (on request).
