27 Feb 2022 | Online Workshop | Dare we laugh at Our Selves?
Do you find laughing at an aspect of yourself helpful in overcoming difficulties and resolving problems? Do you know your different sub-personalities and have figured which may have become overbearing or too loud for your own good? Most of us know how we can dig our heels in and sabotage our health, our work and our relationships but we are often resistant to change.
In their new book Almost Happy: Pushing your buttons with Reverse Psychology (Loba Publications, 1 March 2022) authors, Dr. Brian and Hephzibah Kaplan invite you to a Book Launch Workshop to introduce you to the ideas behind Almost Happy and have some fun too.
The zoom workshop will introduce the key concepts and principles underlying the use of humour for self-improvement. Sharing images from the book, making some art, and with demonstrations of the process, we will show how we use humour to support ourselves as well as each other. You may well leave this workshop feeling more energised and motivated to engage with change.
