With more than seven years experience in art psychotherapy, I specialise in trauma and personality disorder, asylum, learning disability and autism. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can be truly honest and open; where difficult feelings, thoughts and experiences can be given room to be shared, felt and understood .
I believe that creativity is something innate, but too often neglected, and see art making as an incredible tool for going beyond the treatment of symptoms into an opportunity to explore creativity and imagination.
I have an MA in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmith’s College and a BA in Fine Art. My private practice at the London Art Therapy Centre follows three years at Leicester Partnership Trust where I was a lead clinician in the specialist Personality Disorder therapy service.
