Our integrative therapies include:

  • Integrative psychotherapy – A multi-dimensional approach to psychotherapy using a range of different therapies according to the needs of the individual.
  • Counselling Psychology – The philosophy of counselling psychology is a non-medical approach: the person is approached as an individual with issues and concerns but also with strengths and the capacity to develop. A Counselling Psychologist provides evidenced-based psychotherapy on a wide variety of issues. Practice is pluralistic and often integrative, meaning that the counselling psychologist has the experience of at least three therapeutic approaches and the work is adjusted to the needs and personality of the individual.
  • Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy – It is said that the unconscious accounts for 99% of our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This therapy offers an in depth approach in becoming more aware of the unconscious and subconscious that is the guiding force of our lives. Emphasis is on understanding complex dynamics, either external or internal, as well as looking at models of permanent and lasting change in order to free up the individual to have a more robust and aligned self.
  • Massage – Massage is helpful for stress related problems and beneficial in promoting physical and emotional well-being. Working on the body’s systems, it encourages circulation, aids digestion, waste removal and neural communication, invigorates and relaxes muscles which help to prevent spasm and stiffness.
